Anyway, I entered my email address (this is where the product download link is sent) and then it asked for my CC information, and it gave me the option to get the upsell, which I did. The email with the product link was sent to me after I submitted my CC info and I downloaded the notes and excuses with no problem.
Let me tell you, these things look SOoo real. There's no way that someone could tell that they are fake. All the notes are also customizable so you can change the Doctor's Name, Address, and Office Name.
So, I missed a day of work (I actually had to take my kid to the doctor, but I figured this was a good time to use one). When I returned to work the next day, I used the "Children's Clinic Note" for my excuse. I gave it to my HR and the only question she asked was "how's your son?"
Ok...now that I know they work, I wanted to see how the refund process went. On their website, they advertise a 365 day money back guarantee. So I give the 800# a call, I spoke with a representative and told him that I would like my money back because I wasn't satisfied with my purchase (I was actually satisfied, but I had to say that to get the refund.) There were no questions, they refunded my money on the spot and it was back in my bank account within a couple of days.
Summary: Very good product if you are looking for a fake excuse to get out of work or school for a day that you are not actually sick and have no vacation time left to use. Return policy that is advertised is legit and they followed it 100% with my purchase.
